It was a legendary night in LA as Game and Kanye West reunited.

You surprised the crowd during the Game’s Drillmatic album release show at Novo on Friday night (July 8). Wearing a black face mask and a hoodie with a bomber jacket, Ye took the stage to perform their collaboration “Eazy” for the first time since Ye’s “Donda Experience” in Miami in February.

Game also showed his gratitude to Ye for his support. “It’s the first time I’ve been on stage with my brother,” he said. “He didn’t come to sing songs. He was clear about this. He came for his brother.

“This ni**a’s friendship, she doesn’t give up,” he continued. “No matter what I do to that ni**a or what I say about that ni**a, he just loves me. It’s like that nigga Yeezus or something.

On Instagram, he also returned to their friendship. “Freestyling outside the Nike store against each other 20 years ago with little to no money in our pockets to share yet another great stage together last night,” he wrote. “Thank you for always being a true friend in and out of music @kanyewest…last night was classic. #Drillmatic on the way.

After Ye, Game released another GOAT, Lil Wayne, to perform their 2008 collaboration “My Life.” Weezy also stayed for his own “A Milli.”

The new game album Drillmatic was supposed to fall on Friday, but it was delayed. In addition to Ye and Wayne, the project is set to feature NBA YoungBoy and G Herbo, as well as a collaboration with Chris Brown and Chlöe Bailey that samples Janet Jackson.

Game recently revealed that JAY-Z gave his blessing by eliminating seven samples for the album, but he still needs to delete three more before he can release it.
